damn.. in all my previous attempts on making a walk cycle i had the feet placement completely wrong.. i figured out how it actually works now and tried to applied it on saphy..

258 frames @ 1280x540 pixels

everything looks great except for the hip. It'll look more natural if hip turn following the footsteps.

Great. One thing that I can notice. Soon after she takes the step she straightens her leg (makes the angle on the knee closer to 180). But she straightens it a little too much. And that gives the impression that she pauses a little bit on every step.

If that can be fixed, the movement could look a lot closer to natural human movement.

Just my two cents.
