I feel that this is a very good piece of work. It is a very good blend of Anime and Real. Though I must agree about the eyes.
It is not the size of them but the 2 vertical white bits on each side of the eyes that look out of place to me also the black bits are a bit to solid.
The eyes are also too square like. Sorry about this nit picking but also the tip of the nose is too small for the base of the nose.
Very sorry about picking on a few small things. Still 8/10 for this one I really do love the mix
